If I had told my 15-year-old self that in the future we would be wearing sweatsets out and dressing them up with tube socks and with trenches in the winter, I would have laughed and probably not believed it.
But here we are and here I am, I love a good sweatshirt, sweatshort, or sweat-set outfit because they are causal, coordinated, and incredibly comfortable.
Today I just styled the shorts to a recent set I purchased from Abercrombie, and I love them so much. I decided to size up a size to make them feel more like a borrowed from the boys’ gym short and to give me a little more room to roll them, which I think adds a little something extra to this simple look.
Everything else is all in the details, the way the tank cuts in highlighting the shoulders, simple gold jewelry accents, tube socks, and a solid fanny pack – these are all the reasons I love this look.
